What kinds of events are organized for students?

A variety of meaningful and engaging events are organized for students across different areas. These include scientific seminars, masterclasses, intellectual games, sports competitions, cultural and spiritual events, excursions to museums and innovation centers, visits to cinemas and theaters, as well as various contests and festivals. These activities aim not only to increase academic engagement but also to enrich students’ social lives.

How do university events help develop students’ independent thinking?

Students learn to deeply understand global environmental issues and form their own positions on them. They develop skills in analyzing pressing topics such as environmental safety and sustainable development, as well as comparing different viewpoints. Practical projects and research activities give students the opportunity to work on real-world problems.

How does the university support talented students?

The university supports talented students through special scholarships, grants, opportunities to participate in research projects, and mentorship programs. They are also recommended for international competitions and conferences, and individual development paths are designed with the help of academic supervisors.

Are competitions or scientific conferences organized for students?

Yes, in collaboration with local and international organizations, scientific and practical conferences are regularly organized on the university campus, as well as international forums, conferences, seminars and congresses. Start-up competitions, environmental project contests and intellectual quiz (Zakovat) competitions are organized. These events serve to showcase students' scientific potential and help them gain experience.

How can we contribute to university social life as students, and what do we gain from it?

Students can contribute by actively participating in clubs, at the Youth Academy, volunteer activities, environmental campaigns, and organizational processes. This helps them develop leadership, teamwork, initiative, and communication skills.

What additional opportunities are created for students to become successful?

The university offers additional courses, training sessions, sports competitions, psychological trainings, scientific laboratories, and international internship opportunities. Active students also have access to exchange programs and international cooperation projects.

What are the dress code rules for students?

The university places special emphasis on dress culture. Students are expected to dress neatly, cleanly, and in a style close to formal. Clothing should be appropriate for an academic environment and not overly revealing or informal.

What type of clothing is acceptable for attending classes?

Students may attend classes in classic or smart-casual attire. For example, shirts, trousers, skirts, classic shoes, or simple, clean, and neat sports-style clothing are recommended.

Are dormitories for male and female students separate, and who supervises them?

Yes, dormitories for male and female students are organized separately. Order and discipline are supervised by the university administration and designated staff (dormitory supervisors).

Is it allowed for students to grow beards? Does it violate rules?

The issue of growing a beard is regulated by the university’s internal rules. Generally, the main requirement is maintaining cleanliness and discipline. If appearance does not violate these standards, it is not considered a problem. However, growing a beard is not recommended.

What benefits are available for students with disabilities?

The university provides accessible infrastructure, adapted learning processes, special technical tools, and individualized support when necessary. There are also certain benefits and support programs available.

Are there additional consultations with a university psychologist outside classes?

Yes, the university psychologist regularly organizes individual and group consultations, trainings, and discussions. These are aimed at supporting students individually, managing stress, ensuring psychological safety, improving self-esteem, teamwork skills, emotional stability, and overall mental health.

What benefits are available for pregnant students or students with young children (1–3 years old)?

A flexible approach is applied for such students. This includes individualized schedules, the possibility of academic leave, and additional support measures when necessary.
